Event Participation at 13th International Metallization & Interconnection Workshop in Berlin

During the 13th International Metallization & Interconnection Workshop Hamed Javanbakht Lomeri shared recent results on Sustainable SHJ Module Fabrication, focusing on multiwire TWILL interconnection applied to Cu/Ag-based metallization and indium-free TCOs.
The study demonstrates the outstanding reliability of TWILL interconnection technology on Cu/Ag metallization, achieving:
🔹 <2% FF loss over 600 Thermal cycling ( 3×IEC)
🔹 100% FF retention after 1000 hours of DH testing
